It’s an oddly fascinating pastime of mine to watch what happens when Linden Lab releases a new viewer and the masses, who have completely ignored more than a dozen testable First Look clients for months, finally try it.
This is what happens:
OMFGBBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111
Seriously though, if I were in their shoes and could no longer run SL, I would be pissed. It’s just that the comments are sometimes funny (like the one above). If you have seen the Wedding Singer with Adam Sandler, then you might know what I have in my head when I saw that post.
Until next time - YOUUUUUUUUUUUU SUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.

One thing I have noticed lately are the rash of one-star bandits on Snapzilla. I am certain they’ve been around for as long as Snapzilla has been in existence but perhaps I only notice them now because suddenly, they’re happening to me - seemingly randomly but I suspect not. I guess the more you put yourself out there, the more people want to tell you what they think of *you* even if they don’t know you. /shrug. If I rate a photo, it’s because I LIKE the photo. Seems pretty simple to me.
Just for kicks, I went through some of the snaps of other people that I see from time to time on Snapzilla - and low and behold, it appears everyone is subject to these asshats. Like, “you stole mah fake boyfriend so now I am going to cut you down with my one stars!!!!! muahahhhhhhhhaaaaaaa.” Seriously. This is what it looks like from a casual observer.
I shouldn’t really worry about it I suppose. Judge my photos or those of others as you wish - but don’t judge me until you’ve met me.

But it’s worth it.
I caved. I took a tip from several other blogs (check the links on the side) and bought a couple new pieces from Insolence - arguably some of the best new lingerie in SL. The catch is, no one will ever see mine
BUT that said, it’s fun to have and cheap enough that everyone can afford a little insolence even if it’s just for yourself.
I picked up two outfits. The Leia in beige (bra version) that comes in several different color and style combinations including a really pretty corset version that sits a little lower than the bra. I also picked up the Sulky set, which as far as I can tell only comes in the black and purple bra and pantie combination. They’re both divine and even I had to stare at my pixel butt in amazement. It’s just that good - and no, I don’t mean my arse.
Here are a couple of the snaps I took this AM in my skybox…with no one around to admire me.

You can find Insolence on the Venom sim by searching for it by name or of course, by designer Camilla Yosuke in-world. SLURLs have stopped working for me using the First Look client but since search is working, it’s not a big deal.
