I hadn’t been to Bare Rose in quite a long time but had been meaning to go again after seeing this post a little ways back. Yesterday I finally made it - not to the main store mind you - to the new extension on the Black Cat sim. My computer thanked me. I really like the set up and found it a lot easier to find the new items.

“Prince of Garden” caught my eye. Why? For one thing, it has a tartan sash. And there just aren’t enough sashes in SL. The other thing is the blouse…very simply, I love it. It’s great with or without the prim neck ruffle or sleeves, and I think would look super with jeans for something more everyday.

This outfit comes with brown, blue or black shorts, a great many prims that you can leave on or off to streamline, the top and socks. I’m showing you the whole thing as it comes here but when I left to go shopping with Wednesday (I have decided she is my fashion secret weapon…), I wore it with tights and new boots (next post if I can wrangle my RL into submission).

I don’t know how new the “Judy Tweedly” is but I don’t care. It’s like my grandmother’s Chanel suit went mad and I love it. Those who like prim accents such as dramatic collars or bows will love this. The best part for me was the flexi skirt that is ribbons of tweed. It comes with black, brown and gray ensembles. The necklace I have on is from Tickled Pink, a great shop for hair, shoes and jewelry. EDIT - I just did a quick search and somehow missed that Queenie blogged this already…but if you missed it the first time, mayhaps you’ll grab it now.

The hair is new from ETD (Juliana in smoke), which I think is my favorite of all the new hair released Friday and the amazing shoes are all from Lyra Muse at Last Call.
