Maybe this comes as a surprise, but the gowns recently released by Callie Cline are actually her first full-length flexi gowns. They are the “Persephone” gowns currently available in two styles: black and white, and powder. Below is the powder dress, which comes with bodice, skirt base, system skirt, long flexi skirt, prim bodice ruffles and optional belt. There are layer options throughout and the dress can be worn all slimmed down or fully primmed out, which is how I prefer it. I think the dresses are quite beautiful.

The skin I am wearing is quite possibly my favorite to-date from the new Vivant line at Tete a Pied. This is the Automne 3 (shown in bronze tone). I think the flushed look on the cheeks is beautiful and realistic - not to mention the pricing that Roslin and CJ have come up with makes it possible to experiment freely.

Callie also released more of her “Fat Belts” in loads of colors. These are texture belts (which I favor, in general), available on all the layers - but of course, most usable on the jacket layer. There are 8 colors in the newest pack and here are a few of my favorites. My only wish would have been a belt without any logo, though I understand branding is important.

Wednesday decided to shake things up around here and show some “tomboy” looks. The only hitch being, she does it a hell of a lot better than me (this comes as no surprise I am certain). This girl can mix an outfit of *any* kind. So with that said, Weddy will be showing you her favorite tomboy looks - and I’ll jump in and ruin her pictures now and then.
Starting with this very boyish look. The hair is “Dionysus” by Darkstar Designs with the not yet released jeans from Sh*t Happens and top from Young Urban - the Campervan shirt. Her bandannas are from Tonic, Plain Chucks from Old Gravy and piercing from Skanks-R-Us. I wouldn’t be messing with her looking like this.

My only contribution at this point is to show you a suit made for a man but worn by a woman - the Italia suit from Armidi in Midnight with gold tie (tucked) and gold peep toe heels. I realize this is not tomboy
My skin is Au Naturelle from Blowpop. It’s not quite right on my main shape yet because I have quite a thin nose and smaller lips, but it’s a very pretty skin. I recommend you check them out. I continue to tinker a bit with my shapes…

Three beautiful new releases this week from Savvy? Two are companion outfits in the “Feel Rich” collection and definitely cut from the same virtual cloth featuring rich tones and decadent textures. The other, a fun nautical skirt in two colors, not to mention a fantastic deal for both.
Also released are the new sculpted “Diva” heels from Tesla, which come in 10 shiny colors, and great new hair from Aemilia Case and Philotic Energy.
Starting with the first of the pair of releases that add up to a clever, “Ghosts Are Good Company.”
This is “Ghosts Are,” which is a straight knee-length skirt paired with a sheer satin top and completed with a simple belt. While the tones are conservative, the sheerness of the top is not. It’s quite sexy actually with an entirely sheer back. As we’ve come to love from Savvy?, the detail on all the pieces is perfect.

As mentioned above I am wearing the new Sacha hair with color change band from Philotic Energy and the Tesla Diva heels in black. All together, this is an ensemble I love.
Click for more Savvy?…it’s not a question, just click :p
