…to pick up a copy of the limited edition “Glam Rock” from Punch Drunk. I know I am late on this, but seeing as there’s only 13 left (just checked 10 minutes ago), if you want one, better hurry to Punch Drunk.

100% of the proceeds from the outfit will benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation - the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists. For those who are not yet aware of the organization, it has recently changed its name to Susan G. Komen for the Cure on the 25th anniversary of its founding.

The Glam Rock outfit comes with top, skirt base, prim skirt (panel) and tights. I am actually wearing tights from Glam here, but there is a pair provided in the folder. My shoes are the “Super Dolly” pumps in metallic purple from Periquita. They photograph quite differently in Windlight (which I used here with less than ideal results…again) than the standard viewer, but I assure you, they are a deep purple.

I am enjoying the outfit yes, but the fact that it’s in support of fighting a disease that 1 in 8 women will battle, makes it even better to wear.

The Punch Drunk “Subtle” outfit after the cut…

I had to laugh at myself a little bit as I put on the “Subtle” outfit, Iris Seale’s newest release - because I have made it anything but (sorry, Iris!). With the sweater, skirt, skirt base and tights (again, I am wearing Glam tights here - the tights provided are teal), you also get a great matching hat from CRAP. I’m sorry to say that it was too big for my pinhead - and not copy - so I will need to resize it with care. (Edit: the perms in the version you purchase will all be mod/transfer - so you can mess up as many times as you like!)

It’s ok to laugh along with or at me - I do have a faux rabbit muffler on after all (from *BP*). It’s only important that you take note of the textures on the sweater and skirt. Both are very well done - and there are sculpted cuffs on the sweater that work perfectly. Iris says these are her first sculpted prims, and they work for me

I found the skirt a little bit awkward to fit for every angle but nothing that some fiddling didn’t fix mostly. I could definitely work on this more
