The treasures you stumble upon…

…while exploring one of the many Japanese sims, all exploding with fashion finds if you have some time to fly around. I spent tonight in Honmoku, which led to some new-to-me finds - in particular, some pretty fantastic shoes and boots from a shop called ::69::. I had been to the sim recently to pick up hats recommended to me at Lapin et Anato (which are great by the way), but this was a return trip with no particular aim.

But first the outfit, which is “Marionette” from amerie’s Naughty by Amerie Spitteler. I loved the lace detail, sculpted cuffs and cropped jacket with prim collar and tie. I have zero idea how new this is, but it’s certainly new to me and I do love it.

But the shoes - the SHOES - are what really prompted my purchase in the first place. They are the “Succubus” pumps in dark cherry from ::69:: by Kumii Yoshikawa, which offers shoes, boots, hats, jewelry and even a couple pieces of furniture. The Succubus pumps come in many colors, and feature skulls (one is wearing a top hat!) and sculpted bows on the back. I really couldn’t resist them when I saw them.

More after the cut…

I also picked them up in shiny silver, because well, they were there ;) Other available colors include black, red, olive, and a few others.

Next were the “Moccasin” boots, which come in four colors (if I recall correctly) and all with color change laces on touch. Admittedly, they would probably look better on a taller avatar - as clearly I am swimming in them - but I think they’re very well crafted and realistic. If you’re a collector of funky boots, I would recommend these for those of you on the taller side.

My favorite pair of boots I purchased are the “Fringe” boots, which come in several colors, including some very tempting white ones. With intricate beading and feather details, they so fun to wear if you’re into the little details.

And a side view below.

Demos are provided for all the shoes and boots, so if you’re not sure, be sure to try them on first. There are several more styles to choose from - and all in multiple colors and styles. Prices range from $250-300L of the ones shown here.

Love love loveeeeee!! All of it! The prob I have is that a lot (not all, of course) of the Japanese designers I find are so full of No Mod prims *cries* I just KNOW they aren’t going to even come close to fitting me. Very happy to see the boots you showed have demos available…this is SO important.
