I wasn’t able to attend Lyra Muse’s grand opening yesterday due to work, but if you missed it too - there are *more* giftcards set out to be found around her shop. Jaywalk on over and take a look at the new releases.

Two of my favorites are below, but it’s hard to appreciate the detail from afar…one thing to keep in mind is how many colors all the shoes come in.

First there’s Livia, a boho link sandle in a tons of colors, from brights to naturals.

And Billie, a strapped and stacked heel with great buckle detail.

Diamanda with little bow and buckle, in terrific colors to match a ton in your spring/summer wardrobes.

I might be the only person not posting Easter-themed items….but before I go back into the black hole that is work for the next few days, I had a little virtual pick-me-up with the new(ish) items worn here.

I laughed a little when I saw Milla (welcome back!) post this dress, as I had the same instinct…only I actually preferred the trousers ensemble. Either way, I loved the yellow “Annie” from AnnaH by Annah Whitfield. It comes in a large pack containing babydoll dress, babydoll top (shorter), or just textured top with sculpted attachments on both the trousers and beaded top.

Annah always provides every layer you could possibly use - and her prices are exceptionally reasonable. I’m personally very happy to see her texture work getting better and better - along with her prim work

The shoes, that I am totally in love with are the new “Candy Hearts” wedges from Periquita, and come in lots of colors - though no fatpack They resize on touch so you can fiddle very easily should you need to.

My necklace is from Bonita Popinjay, and is the “Three Strand Gems” made up of two different attachments of gold chain, colorful stones and wood beads. Very pretty all around.

Another new piece from AnnaH that I quite liked was “Sonya,” which again, is a very large pack of items with multiple ways to mix and match the jacket or blouse later. I would have loved a finished collar or neck on the blouse, but otherwise, I’m not complaining. It’s a completely fun but sophisticated look.

My shoes are the “Quinn” heels from Jaywalk and I thought them perfect for the Sonya cropped trousers.

I did manage to take a half-pass through the RFL Clothing Fair when it opened, and came away with several crashes and one limited edition package so far: the limited edition collaboration between Tuli Asturias of Tuli and Caliah Lyon of Muse. I’m certain others have found this by now - but I am really enjoying it, so I thought I would share.

The outfit comes with top, prim rose, skirt base, two prim skirts, wedges, bangles, headband and a truly exquisite accessory, the “Heart Lariat” necklace from Muse. 100% of your $450L donation goes to the American Cancer Society.

Very pretty and almost flower child-like. The headband and prim flowers on the dress and wedges are lovely touches.

You can find this at the Tuli booth on the Winter sim, as well as the Tuli and Muse main shops.

I have lost several family members to cancer…I am certain that supporting this charity is personal to many of us.

I think I have said numerous times that I can’t imagine another coat in SL that I would need, seeing as I feel like I have purchased dozens over the last few months. But inevitably another comes along that I have to have *someone stop me*. I did have some restraint though, I picked this Militia Coat up at Canimal in navy only, although it’s available in olive, black and brown as well. It comes with jacket, base pants, flexi coat bottom and sculpted collar and cuffs.

With apologies to Canimal for completely girling it up.

I paired it with the new Heartwood necklace in silver from Earthones and Ice Queen earrings from Diamonde. I added fishnets from Celestial Studios that have been stuck to me for several days, gloves from Fleur, and the Asuka boots from L&E.

The sculpted necklace has a navy wrapped chain, so even though there’s nothing military-style about it whatsoever, I was definitely wearing it for a little contrast.

My hair is Truth Bridgette and skin is PXL Creations Linda Light Passion (natural eyes).
